		<description>I'm sad to inform you that your information on Oregon is incomplete.  Another judge came along, threw out that ruling, and effectively put domestic partnerships to a vote in the next statewide election, so we don't have 'em yet.  This was announced only a couple of days before they were to go into effect, and everyone's still reeling a little.
It'll be hard work convincing the rest of the state, now.</description>
